Hi, I'm Mitch Reber. We recently bought a home about four months ago. And when we bought it, it was an older home and needed some roof maintenance. So we were looking around for different contractors.

And I've known Zac for a little while, so I ended up going with Icon Roofing. They came out and did a fantastic job from the estimate, helping us know exactly what we could expect. Their schedule was right on point. They were very responsive to all our questions.

Ultimately, we knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. And their estimate was exactly what they said it would be. The final price was spot on. They did a great job.

How often should my roof be inspected in Arizona?

Plan on a professional inspection at least once a year, ideally in spring before monsoon season, and again after any major storm. Regular checks catch small problems like cracked tile or worn flashing before they turn into leaks.
